Right of Withdrawal
Buyer has a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal, during which the order can be cancelled in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the product. This withdrawal period begins at the earliest upon receipt of these instructions, product delivery, but not before the arrival of the product.
Right of withdrawal is not valid for distance selling contracts under § 312d BGB (German Civil Code) if:
1. the product is manufactured according to Buyer’s specifications or according to Buyer’s personal needs, or if the product’s composition makes it unsuitable for return delivery, or
2. the seal on audio or video material or software has been broken, or
3. the delivery consists of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
In the case of services, or additional services, the right of withdrawal expires if Seller begins service with the explicit approval of Buyer, or before the end of the withdrawal grace period if Seller has not begun service, or if Buyer has arranged to begin service him/herself.
To ensure the right of withdrawal, please send the withdrawal notice before the end of the grace period, or return the product to:

The consequences of withdrawal are that Buyer will return received goods or services and, if applicable, any byproducts thereof. If Buyer cannot fully return goods received or can only return them in damaged condition, Buyer will be responsible for payment for the goods. Payment for damaged goods does not pertain to damage caused to the product as a result of quality inspection that may be performed in a retail store. Buyer can also avoid liability for payment of goods by not putting the product to use as Buyer’s own property and refraining from anything that might lower the value of the product. Products that can be returned via post shall be returned to Seller. Buyer is responsible for shipping fees if the delivered goods are in compliance with the order and if the price of the goods is lower than forty (40) Euros, or if the price is higher than forty (40) Euros, and Buyer has not yet made payment or reciprocation at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, Seller will cover the costs of shipping.
Buyer shall pay the shipping fees and Seller will provide reimbursement with Buyer’s refund. Freight forwarded packages can cause unnecessary work and expenses. Seller can also send Buyer return labels free of charge.
Limitation of Liability for Links
Seller has links to other sites on Seller’s website. Seller has no influence on the design and content of those linked sites. Therefore, Seller is not responsible in any way for those third party linked sites and does not regard their content belonging to Seller. This declaration is valid for the content of all third party sites as well as the links themselves
