Forwarding costs:
Inside Germany the cost is always 6,50 € for shiping, packaging and transit insurance - this does not depend by the order's value. In case of splitted deliverys the shipment will be charged only one time!
Payment on delivery shipment, costs 9,50 €(only inside Germany).
We do only send out shipments with transit insurance.
Goods in stock will be send out to our weekly shipment day; the average shipment with DPD 1 -2 days.

policity of regarding terms :
The customer shall pay the shipping fees and we will provide reimbursement with customers refund (if the
price of the goods is higher than forty (40) Euros, otherwhise the customer have to cover the back shipment
costs by his self). Freight forwarded packages can cause unnecessary work and expenses. We can also send
to the customer return labels free of charge, please ask for that.
Tax Free Shopping:
The prices in our shop include german taxes, for customers outside Europe we provide Tax Free Shoping, but
the customer has to receive the shipment in his country.
The Taxes will be shown in the order confirmation and in the shopping basket at the end of the order

We provide Tax free shopping only with shipment made by DHL or DPD .
When we deliver to a non European Union Country usually our packages are not stoped by customs and
